Office is always impeccably maintained and well stocked with items to entertain any kid.
They treat you like family without compromising any level of professionalism.They go to great lengths to make sure every experience is a slam dunk for each child.
They carefully explain every procedure, follow-up care, preventive method, etc.Even their billing dept is spot-on. Normally I have to ‘educate’ my doctors office when they should be the experts. Not with My First Dentist, they know their stuff and they always give an itemized bill so you know exactly what everything is.
The dental hygienists and assistants are AMAZING!If that’s not enough, Dr. Rose Ann and Dr. Danny are genuinely honest, extremely knowledgeable, professional yet down to earth and both gifted with kids.
What more can you ask for? They really care and it shows in just about every way.
I love this place. I have three kids, and I always take them together. They are all done within an hour, and all of them are smiling. My kids have very different personalities, and the staff, Dr. Rose Ann and Dr.Danny deal with each of them very well.
They are attentive to each of their needs. My kids are always very excited to go back for their next visit! They have a wonderful reward system for the kids where they earn enough coins to “buy a prize” on their way out or they can save their coins for the next visit if they choose.
They have video games in the waiting area and are always playing a great selection of movies in the back. Everything is state of the art and they maintain the office very well. The staff are always smiling and pleasant and the same girls for years which is a testiment to the great enviornment they work in.
We love this place and have recommended lots of friends who also love it.
Both Dr.Danny and Dr.Rose Ann are fantastic with kids! They have the ability to make them (and me) relaxed, they explain procedures and don’t lecture them. In fact they make it a fun experience even when getting some pretty extensive work done.
Overall both are caring and knowledgeable dentists. Very relaxing experience. We will definitely be returning. One other thing I really appreciate that they check all my insurance benefits and call me with any fees I may owe before I get the treatment done so there is no surprise bills like my own dentist.
I was referred here by my good friend a few years ago and I still thank her every once in a while because my kids are so happy there. My daughter did not even know she had a shot! She loves going and was asking when we can go back so I had to explain to her the goal is NOT to get cavities
